Beetroot Crunch

Beetroot Crunch is a unique healthy snack containing minimum of 35% of pure British Beetroot in its natural fresh form. It contains no GM products, sugars, sweeteners, artificial ingredients, palm oil and no MSG.  Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
We supply in a snaplock 10L box to ensure air tightness.  Unopened this will last 9 months (the best before date)  After opening, it all depends on circumstances. We state 2 month from opening, but if the containers are opened a few times and closed properly afterwords, then they will last longer than 2 months. If the containers are opened several times a day and closed properly every time, 2 months should not be a problem.  The key is not to leave a container opened for prolonged periods to prevent softening of the Crunch.
Customers ideally should be refilling into an airtight container or bag, so nudge them to transfer product from paper bags as soon as they get home if they are using paper.
Portion size for display purposes is naturally 25g with an RRP of ¬2 (¬80 per kg) giving the retailer a margin of 37.5%.
NOTE FROM OWEN THE MANUFACTURER: When customers fill their own bags they tend to fill more than they expected. They think of a size of a bag of crisps, and try to fill up the same size bag, ignoring the fact that a bag of crisps (or any similar snack) is usually at least 50% air inside! So guidance in order to manage expectations is usually helpful. Using our sample container as guide, or anything else that can give perspective is a good idea.
INGREDIENTS: Fresh British Beetroot (35%), Tapioca Flour, Black Gram Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Vegetable Stock Powder, Garlic Powder, White Pepper Powder and Baking Powder.
