Mixed Root Vegetable Crisps - Carrot, Beet, Parsnip

Roasted late harvest crisps of parsnip, beetroot and carrot, kettle cooked in rape seed oil.  All ingredients grown in Staffs.  Supplied in a returnable reused container.  Because these are the last harvest of the season, the natural sugars in the veg is at its highest so the fry very brown - that doesn't mean they are overcooked.
